Kia rated second in NFDA electric vehicle survey

In the second electric vehicle survey run by the NFDA (National Franchised Dealers Association) Kia Motors (UK) Limited has maintained its position near the top of the board. The survey was launched to understand dealers’ views on the electric vehicle sector covering manufacturers and the governments approach.

Sitting second overall in the survey, Kia was commended by its dealer network for its dealer training, volume targets as well as profit return and ROI. The key feedback from the survey is that there is a lot of optimism as well as satisfaction amongst the dealer network within the electric retail sector which has meant that dealers are feeling positive for the future developments of green technology.

Kia currently has seven hybrid and electric cars in its UK line up with five more models planned by the end of 2021. With an industry average score of 6.84 Kia’s score of 8.56 highlights how satisfied that the dealer network are with Kia and its current line-up.

Speaking of the survey Simon Hetherington, Commercial Director and Kia said “It’s great to see Kia coming at the top of the polls. Our recent win in the NFDA Dealer Satisfaction Survey earlier this month also goes to highlight the confidence that out dealer network have in us as a business partner as well as what we offer to them and our customers alike”.
