Kia wins award for Best Fleet Dealer Network – sales

Company car drivers have voted Kia as the provider of the best fleet dealer network for new vehicle sales in the 2019 ExpertEye awards.

It is the first time Kia Motors (UK) Limited has topped the category in the ExpertEye awards for providing the best service to fleet drivers in the ordering and delivery of vehicles, reflecting the efforts made in meeting the needs of the fleet sector.

The data was drawn from Touchpoint, ExpertEye’s driver satisfaction survey which requests driver feedback after key events such as vehicle delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, windscreen and glass repair & replacement, vehicle breakdown, use of pool vehicles and accident management.

The driver data is not only important to motor manufacturers and dealerships, it also acts as an important tool for contract hire and fleet management providers to measure and manage their service levels, and that of their supplier network.

The ExpertEye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive award categories in total. Kia won its accolade based on feedback drawn from over 100,000 drivers of leased vehicles during 2018, making this a truly objective reflection of driver attitude.

“Topping this category is a huge achievement, and we’d like to congratulate Kia on its success,” said ExpertEye’s chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow. “This category is based purely on direct driver feedback taken immediately after delivery of their new vehicle, making it a very tough one to win.

“At this time, the service experience is fresh in their minds and we all know that drivers can be the toughest judges, which is why Kia is a deserved winner of the best fleet dealer network for new vehicle sales.”

John Hargreaves, General Manager of Fleet and Remarketing at Kia said: “This is a particularly rewarding accolade because it is based on the judgement of the very people who use our cars as an essential business tool. It is vital to us that the service both we and our dealers give to commercial customers is first class – we want to make life as easy for them as we can and ensure that their experience of the Kia brand is outstanding.”
