Toyota Ashford and Lexus Tunbridge Wells, part of the Toyota and Lexus divisions within the Motorline Group, have achieved prestigious awards winning the 2020 Toyota Ichiban Award and 2020 Lexus Centre of Excellence awards.

Every year, just three centres from the Toyota GB network of 188 are selected for the Ichiban Award. Toyota Ashford were chosen based on their exceptional performance across all aspects of business including service retention, leadership and consistently delivering outstanding levels of customer experience.

Lexus Tunbridge Wells achieved the Lexus Centre of Excellence Award. This rewards the amazing customer experience delivered by the Tunbridge Wells team, along with their strong performance on customer retention in terms of vehicles seen for aftersales, vehicle parc penetration and accessory sales.

Steve Blake, Toyota and Lexus Operations Director from Motorline said: “These awards speak volume for the effort, passion and customer focus delivered by the Toyota Ashford and Lexus Tunbridge Wells teams.
