Online sales boost PEUGEOT’S retail volume

PEUGEOT has seen a significant increase in online sales, with over 15% of its total retail registrations in 2021 completed via the innovative PEUGEOT Buy Online platform. Year to date, online volumes have doubled compared to 2020.

PEUGEOT Buy Online was first launched in 2017, making PEUGEOT one of the first manufacturers in the industry to recognise changing consumer habits and provide a digital buying solution to its customers. Customers buying their PEUGEOT online enjoy a number of benefits as part of the brand’s online customer promise, designed to build trust, reassurance and value. These include a 14-day returns policy offering customers maximum peace of mind when purchasing online.

The Online Concierge team is also available to support customers seven days a week, 13 hours per day, with the PEUGEOT Virtual Showroom offering real-time, one-to-one walkarounds of PEUGEOT models online. PEUGEOT’s new Virtual Showroom allows buyers to connect remotely with a trained PEUGEOT Product Specialist who can answer their questions, all whilst experiencing the unique features and specification the cars have to offer.

PEUGEOT Buy Online provides customers with the power of choice to purchase their next car either in store or from the comfort of their home. Through PEUGEOT Buy Online customers can configure their car, personalise their finance, receive a part exchange valuation and place their order from a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet. Customers can also set up appointments with PEUGEOT Retailers or test drives online as they look to start their car buying journey.
