One of the UK’s leading online vehicle auction companies CD Auctions Ltd, based in Corby, has been acquired by Arctos Holdings Ltd, owners of SMH Fleet Solutions and Hudson Kapel. The deal follows Actos Holdings’ recent £16 million investment in their brand new 40,000 sq.ft. facility on Thurleigh Airfield Business Park in Bedfordshire.
