The E-Type Jaguar is arguably the most iconic sports car ever made. A classic from the 1960s and early ’70s, prices have soared for the best models in recent years.
Now Ewbank’s will offer this scarlet 1966 Series I 2+2 4.2, one of only 50 accepted for the marque’s 50th anniversary parade at Silverstone in 2011.
With the odometer reading 53,600 miles, it will appear for auction on March 22 with an estimate of £45,000-50,000.
