The Peter Vardy Group, one of Scotland’s best-known family run automotive businesses, has signed a two-year contract, beginning a new remarketing partnership with global vehicle remarketing provider, Manheim.
Once volume returns to near normal levels as the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic lessen, the agreement will deliver a minimum of 4,000 trade vehicles per annum through two Manheim auction sites at Shotts and Washington (Tyne and Wear), as well as through Cox Automotive’s Dealer Auction digital auction platform.
A key feature of the contract will see Peter Vardy Group utilising Manheim’s eva Pro Appraisal & Valuation tool at each of its 15 dealerships. This product showcases Cox Automotive’s valuation technology, utilising wholesale and retail data to calculate accurate vehicle values up to six months in advance, enabling Peter Vardy dealerships to offer highly accurate valuations as part of an improved customer omni-channel experience.
