Peugeot improves its ranking into the top 10 for customer satisfaction by owners in Driver Power Survey 2020

PEUGEOT improved its ranking by four places to eighth position for customer satisfaction by owners in the Driver Power survey 2020. With an overall satisfaction rating of 89.87%, PEUGEOT is just 0.98% behind Lexus, ranked number 1 in the survey. This news comes after the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV was named ‘Best Mid-Size SUV’ for the third year running, as well as second most satisfying vehicle to own overall.

The PEUGEOT brand has been going from strength to strength over recent years, with an award winning model range claiming the European Car of the Year title with the 3008 SUV in 2017, International Van of the Year with the PEUGEOT Partner in 2018 and most recently in March this year, a second European Car of the Year title for the all-new PEUGEOT 208.

In addition to winning awards, last year PEUGEOT UK increased its market share to 4.33% from 4.28%, consistently improved and held impressive residual values across its model range and was named as the Most Dependable Volume Brand in the 2019 J.D. Power UK Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS).

In 2020, PEUGEOT will focus on ‘Unboring the Future’ by introducing electrified powertrains to 50% of it’s model line up. Offering its customers the ‘Power of Choice’, each model will be available with efficient PureTech petrol, BlueHDi diesel or electrified powertrains. By 2023, PEUGEOT will have an electrified powertrain available for each model within it’s entire car and van range.
