Supreme Wheels opening new £2M facility – the largest in Europe 

BCA Company Supreme Wheels is opening a new £2 million facility in central Milton Keynes, capable of producing 500,000 wheels annually.  At 50,000 square feet, Supreme Wheels Milton Keynes is adjacent to the existing 27,000 square feet operation and together they form the largest alloy wheel re-engineering facility in Europe, with a state-of-the-art production process utilising 12 specialist Haas lathes.

The company serves a large number of OEM, fleet and lease, dealership and insurance industry customers with a range of wheel re-engineering services delivered to the most exacting standards.  Supreme Wheels has created a library of over 10,000 current wheel profiles, with more being added as new wheels are introduced.

Supreme Wheels can refurbish wheels within 48 hours and offers a collection and delivery service to meet the needs of its customers.  A competitive tyre replacement service is also available featuring tyres from all the major brands.

Wheels are produced to OEM standards and are warranted against corrosion for up to three years, with a high quality and durable finish.  Supreme Wheels process includes returning all wheels to the base alloy to remove any previous repairs or paint work before re-manufacturing.  This includes prime coating, lathe cutting and powder lacquer, with all wheels checked for structural integrity, fully audited and quality checked through the re-engineering process.
